Thomas E. Peisch was invited to serve as a trial advisor at Harvard Law School’s winter Trial Advocacy Workshop, which featured a mock trial of a criminal case. Mr. Peisch’s team of Harvard Law School students were the prosecutors. Mr. Peisch helped his advisees prepare the case for trial and provided extensive critique thereafter.
The Trial Advocacy Workshop offers Harvard Law School students the opportunity to try a case before a real judge and jury as part of a clinical program. Mr. Peisch has participated as an advisor for many years.
