Thomas E. Peisch was quoted in three Bloomberg/BNA publications on the subject of disqualification of expert witnesses whose opinions are not deemed worthy of submission to juries. Mr. Peisch opined as to some reasons why this has happened and the effect that it has on the witness’s credibility in other matters. Drawing on his extensive experience in developing expert witnesses and in challenging opinions of others, Mr. Peisch put forth some practice tips both for lawyers and for the expert.
