Daniel focuses his practice on civil litigation, working primarily on business disputes, employment matters, and products liability defense. He also defends professional liability claims and advises clients on insurance coverage matters. Daniel has managed significant internal and external investigations to develop critical facts and case themes early in disputes to ensure success down the road.
A former collegiate offensive lineman, Daniel brings that same mentality to his practice. When the opportunity calls for it, Daniel enjoys relentlessly fighting for a client from beginning to end. However, he recognizes that collaboration and a less aggressive posture may be more effective in some circumstances. No matter the issue, his focus remains on achieving his client’s goals.
Outside of the office, Daniel is active in his local community. He is an elected member of Brookline’s Town Meeting and serves on the executive committee for the Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action. Daniel also serves as the general counsel for his long-running, multinational fantasy football league, focusing on disciplinary investigations and unfair trade practices. Daniel lives in Brookline with his wife Alix and son Elijah.
