Lindsay is a member of the Firm’s Domestic Relations Department and concentrates her practice in the areas of Domestic Relations and Probate Litigation. Through her family law practice, Lindsay serves a variety of clients in divorce, modification and property division cases. She also assists clients with issues of paternity, child custody and child support. Additionally, she provides support for clients looking to take a proactive approach to their relationships through both prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Lindsay earned her J.D. in 2012 from Suffolk University School of Law and her B.A. from Ohio University in 2007. Lindsay has been named a “Rising Star” by Massachusetts Super Lawyers since 2015. The Rising Star lists no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. The distinction is available for attorneys who have been practicing law for less than 10 years and are under 40 years old.
Outside of the office, Lindsay is an active member in her community and was recently involved in the Strong Women Strong Girls program through The Junior League of Boston. The Junior League is a nationwide organization committed to community service programs that positively impact the wellness of girls and women.
