Chris represents engineers, architects, owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect and personal injury cases. He also advises owners and property managers in commercial real estate disputes and defends professionals accused of malpractice. In addition to his regular appearances in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire trial courts, Chris has significant experience practicing before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Supreme Judicial Court, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
The grandson of a general foreman, Chris was instilled with a blue-collar work ethic from a young age. He approaches legal challenges with tenacity, persistence, and determination. Although his first instinct is to fight, Chris understands the value of a dollar and looks for opportunities to resolve matters quickly and efficiently wherever possible.
Chris lives in Groton (MA) with his wife Caitlin, daughters Hadley and Emmy, and golden retriever Charlie. He is a Boston sports enthusiast and enjoys staying active running, biking, and working around the house and yard.
