Staffing companies and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) are playing an increasingly important role in many aspects of human resource management, as employers are relying more and more on staffing companies and PEOs for payroll and employee benefit administration, risk management, and other increasingly complex administrative burdens. For many years, Conn Kavanaugh has counseled and represented staffing companies and PEOs in every facet of their industry, from compliance with the myriad of employment laws that govern the industry, to corporate and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, preparation of staffing service and vendor agreements, background checks, and litigation. The firm is an associate member of the American Staffing Association.
